This is notice to all members of the Club’s intention to hold its Annual General Meeting at 19:30 on Tuesday 27th June 2023 at Hopper House.
The meeting will be a chance to discuss the running of the club and put forward your views on the club’s priorities for the coming year. Reports from the main sections of the current Committee will be given as well as the election of the Committee for the coming year.

The elected Executive Committee roles are:

Chair;
Deputy Chair;
Secretary;
Treasurer;
Player Rep;
Coaches Rep;
a minimum of 3x General Committee Members.

If you wish to run for a role, you will have to nominate yourself by 16:00 22nd June via email to edwards.iwan@gmail.com . You will also have to provide the name of two members that will support your nomination.

At the AGM the nominations will be read. If only one person runs for a role the members will vote if they are happy for this person to take this role. If more than one person is nominated for a role the members will vote as to which person they would prefer. Each candidate will have 2 minutes to outline why they would be good for the role, whilst all other candidates are out of the room. If a role has no nominations the new committee will take action filling that role in their first committee meeting. Nominations will not be possible at the AGM.

Only members of the club can attend the AGM. If a non-member would like to run for a role please contact edwards.iwan@gmail.com.

All current committee members must nominate themselves again if they wish to re-stand.
